With
over twenty-two years of executive experience
in the areas of call center management
and operations, customer service/retention,
technology, quality assurance, operations,
marketing, public relations, and governmental
affairs, Bruce Stone, President of AP,
brings a tremendous amount of direct
knowledge and experience to assist our
clients in turning their visions into
reality. Mr. Stone designed, supervised
the establishment and held direct management
responsibility over a state-of-the-art
call center that handled in excess of
four million customer contacts annually.
In such position, Mr. Stone’s
experience also included executive responsibility
for new customer acquisition, conversion
and retention and public/government
relations for a direct marketing industry
leader with over 2,500 employees and
annual sales in excess of $500 million.
In addition to such hands-on experience,
Mr. Stone has been consulted by other
companies regarding the operation of
existing call centers including an evaluation
of a Fortune 500 Company's state-of-the-art
call center facility. Mr.
Stone is a results-oriented executive
who thrives on challenge and on the
meeting of goals. |

Ms.
Stone brings a significant legal background
and leadership combination to the position
of Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Stone
has over twenty years of practice
as an attorney with extensive experience
in counseling businesses. In addition
to working in the corporate law department
of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &
Flom, L.L.P., one of the largest law
firms in the world, Ms. Stone’s
experience includes eight years as Vice
President and Senior Counsel in the
Office of General Counsel at Merrill
Lynch & Co., Inc., a Fortune 100
financial services firm, at its corporate
headquarters in New York. Ms. Stone’s
legal education includes not only the
Juris Doctorate, but an advanced Master
of Laws degree from Georgetown University
Law Center in Washington, DC. Her analytical
abilities combined with her business
background and word crafting ability
serve AP clients well. |
